SACRAMENTO, Calif. (PSN) — Four suspects were arrested early Saturday morning following a reported strong-arm robbery investigation in the Old Sacramento area, according to the Sacramento Police Department.
Officer Anthony Gamble, spokesperson for the department, said officers responded just after 2:30 a.m. Saturday to reports of a fight near the 1000 block of 2nd Street in Old Sacramento.
When officers arrived, they determined a robbery had occurred and quickly located four suspects connected to the incident. Police said two of the suspects attempted to discard a watch that had allegedly just been taken during the robbery.
Following an investigation, all four suspects were arrested on robbery and possession of stolen property-related charges.
The suspects were identified by police as:
- Brandon Reid, 18, of Sacramento
- Keeon Gray, 20, of Sacramento
- Malachi Favors, 19, of Sacramento
- Lebron Clausell, 20, of Sacramento
No additional injuries or suspect information were immediately released by investigators.
The investigation remains active.
