On Friday, May 17, 2019, at approximately 12:40 p.m., the Sacramento Police Department responded to the area of El Camino Avenue and Princeton Street regarding a major vehicle collision.
When officers arrived, they learned that a motorcycle and vehicle were involved in the collision. Officers located the male adult motorcycle driver who sustained life-threatening injuries. Fire personnel responded and transported him to a local area hospital. There were no other reported injuries as a result of this vehicle collision.
Responding officers conducted an initial canvas of the area for witnesses and evidence. During the preliminary investigation, officers determined the motorcycle was traveling, with another motorcycle, westbound on El Camino Avenue and the involved vehicle was traveling southbound on Princeton Street when the collision occurred.
