Sacramento Metropolitan Fire Department, CHP and CalTrans are on scene of a dump-truck that has overturned on the Northbound Watt Avenue onramp to Westbound Highway 50.
On approach, the number 3 and 4 lanes and the righthand shoulder are closed just before the onramp.
There is no estimated time of clearing at this point.
