Around 12:05 p.m. Friday, Sacramento police officers responded to the intersection of Manorside Drive & Meadowglen Avenue in the Meadowview area for a reported traffic collision.
When units arrived, they founded two passenger sedans that had collided head-on in the intersection.
Paramedics responded and transported an occupant from one of the vehicles to a local hospital.
Due to the severity of the injuries, officers held the scene until a condition report was given by the hospital on the occupant.
