WARRANT ARREST

Jeffrey Marshall, a black, male, adult, 30 years old, was the passenger and Brady Gregg-Siewert, a white, male, adult, 18 years old (Elk Grove residents) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed Marshall had an active warrant out for his arrest. A consent search of Gregg-Siewert’s vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance. Gregg-Siewert was arrested, issued a citation and released. Marshall was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
