While approaching a flare pattern on Eastbound Richards Blvd. at North 10th Street, for a solo vehicle accident early Friday morning; a female driver became confused and wound up directly behind CHP cruisers in the flared off safety zone of the vehicle accident.
Subsequently, a field sobriety test was administered resulting in the arrest of the driver for DUI. She was transported the Sacramento County Main Jail by CHP.
